Based on the fundamental philosophy of respecting people with unlimited potential, and of supporting those seeking to fulfill that potential, AISIN implements a variety of measures and improvements to promote a better working environment where all employees can enjoy their work. In April 2007, we formulated and distributed to all employees the “AISIN Way,”which prescribes the work “rationale”and “methods”unique to AISIN that have supported its growth up to now and which are to be shared, passed down and advanced by AISIN employees throughout the world.

“Respect for each person”is one of the three main principles of the AISIN Way. This is based upon the idea that each employee's vitality drives all our corporate activities, and is also the philosophy upon which we base our relationship of mutual trust with employees. AISIN's long-term vision is intended to offer employees both equal and continued professional training an guidance, providing opportunities for growth and performance.

Aisin Seiki promotes external training courses for human resources managers, to foster fair hiring without discrimination.Aisin Seiki has an established system for transferring contract workers to full-time, permanent employees, on such conditions as motivation toward work and future growth potential.

Human Resources Training

To ensure each and every employee is challenged and has a sense of job satisfaction, supervisors and their subordinates fully discuss job objectives and policies. A key focus is also placed on human resources development initiatives in line with meeting growth targets, along with concerted efforts to develop professional personnel.
