Aerodynamic Devices
These products improve fuel (power consumption) efficiency and driving stability by reducing air resistance while driving.
Active Spats
A component mounted on the underside of the vehicle's front end that streamlines airflow to reduce driving resistance. It retracts at low speeds and deploys at high speeds, contributing to improved fuel efficiency.
Grille Shutter
By opening and closing fins with the shutter located in front of the radiator, the flow of wind into the grill is controlled. This can reduce air resistance and help improve power consumption efficiency (fuel economy) and range.
Duct-Integrated Grille Shutter
This product integrates the air guide duct (a duct that channels air to where it's needed for engine cooling and efficiency) with the grille shutter frame into a single unit. This reduces the number of parts and assembly steps, achieving both cost reduction and improved productivity.
Active Front Spoiler
The front spoiler, located under the front bumper of the vehicle, is deployed and retracted by the drive motor to reduce air resistance and contribute to improved fuel (power consumption) efficiency.
Active Rear Spoiler
The rear spoiler, located on the rear trunk of the vehicle, is deployed and retracted depending on vehicle speed to reduce air resistance and contribute to improved fuel (power consumption) efficiency.
