AISIN Group has released its "Integrated Report 2026", now available on our official corporate website. The purpose of this report is to provide investors and all stakeholders with a clear understanding of our initiatives aimed at the sustainable enhancement of corporate value.

This report presents AISIN’s growth story toward becoming a “company that creates the full value of movement,” centered on the 2028 Medium-Term Management Plan announced in February 2026. In particular, through messages from the President, CFO, and CSO; a dialogue among the CTO, CDO, and CMzO; and a roundtable discussion among the independent outside directors, we communicate the direction of our transformation, the soundness of our strategies, the sources of our competitive advantage, and the effectiveness of our governance.
