Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members were appointed at the Company’s 103rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
Following the conclusion of the Meeting, the executive structure was formally resolved as outlined below at meetings of the Board of Directors and the Audit & Supervisory Board, effective June 19, 2026.
