Notice Regarding Changes in Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members at the 103rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Executive Structure

News Release

AISIN has decided on a proposal for changes in Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members, as well as the executive structure, effective as of the date of the 103rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June of this year.
These executive appointments will be formally resolved at the 103rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and subsequently at meetings of the Board of Directors and the Audit & Supervisory Board.

1. Changes Effective as of the Date of the 103rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

（1）Candidates for Newly Appointed Directors (2 persons)

Daisuke Kondo*	Executive General Manager: AISIN-Group Corporate Strategy Division
Yoichi Miyazaki	Executive Vice President, Member of the Board of Directors and Operating Officer, Toyota Motor Corporation

*Daisuke Kondo will assume the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer on April 1, 2026.
