AISIN CORPORATION has been recognized as an “A List” company, which is the highest rating in the climate change category of CDP, an international environmental NGO (Headquarters: London, U.K.) for three consecutive years.

AISIN is a manufacturing company that emits a large amount of CO₂. As an automotive supplier whose products consume energy when they are used, AISIN is responsible for contributing to the realization of a sustainable society, including the carbon neutrality of society as a whole. The company has set specific goals to achieve carbon neutrality in production by 2035 and achieve carbon neutrality for the entire life cycle by 2050. It has been advancing initiatives in terms of production and products.

In addition to initiatives to cut CO₂ emissions during in-house production and the use of its products as well as collaboration with suppliers, AISIN have started to put its technologies that contribute to carbon neutrality of society as a whole to practical application. Recognition on the “A List” in the climate change category means that our initiatives across the value chain have been highly evaluated.
