AISIN CORPORATION will implement the following organizational changes and changes in the responsibilities of directors and executive officers, effective January 1, 2026.

Organizational Changes

1. CARBON NEUTRAL & ENVIRONMENT PROMOTION CENTER
To strengthen our overall environmental initiatives, we are integrating the planning functions for Carbon Neutrality, Circular Economy, and Nature Coexistence with environmental infrastructure activities. Accordingly, the CN & CE PLANNING DEPARTMENT and the ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT will be consolidated into CARBON NEUTRAL & ENVIRONMENT PROMOTION DEPARTMENT.

2. R & D DIVISION
To enhance consistency between technology development policies and future product strategies, and to accelerate product planning and elemental technology development toward 2035, we will reorganize and rename several departments. The TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT will become TECHNOLOGY PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, the ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT will become ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT 1, and the ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT will become ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT 2. In addition, the CARBON NEUTRAL TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT will be renamed CARBON NEUTRAL ENERGY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.

3. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CENTER ELECTRONICS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
To expand the business of extended body ECUs and promote integrated development of systems, hardware, and software, we will establish a new ELECTRONIC SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.

4. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CENTER BODY COMPONENT DIVISION
To strengthen our proposal capabilities in cabin sensing by combining multiple sensors to meet diverse customer needs, we will establish a new 3RD BODY COMPONENTS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.

5. AISIN-GROUP PURCHASING DIVISION
To build a global procurement organization, reinforce supplier capabilities, and clarify roles and responsibilities for stronger collaboration with other divisions, we will reorganize the PURCHASING PRODUCTION PREPARATION & QUALITY DEPARTMENT into PURCHASING PRODUCTION PREPARATION PROCEEDING DEPARTMENT and PURCHASING QUALITY DEPARTMENT. Furthermore, the COMPONENTS PURCHASING DEPARTMENT NO.1 will become PROCESSED COMPONENTS PURCHASING DEPARTMENT NO.1, the COMPONENTS PURCHASING DEPARTMENT NO.2 will become PROCESSED COMPONENTS PURCHASING DEPARTMENT NO.2, and the COMPONENTS PURCHASING DEPARTMENT NO.3 will become SPECIALTY PARTS PURCHASING DEPARTMENT.

6. AISIN-GROUP PURCHASING DIVISION
To align with product development, including future new materials, we will reorganize EV Production Engineering Development Departments I and II into the ADVANCED PRODUCTION ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT. Additionally, to strengthen body frame products, we will establish a new 5TH UNIT PRODUCTION ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
