Dialogue held between Outside Directors and Institutional Investors

AISIN CORPORATION (Head Office: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Moritaka Yoshida) is committed to active dialogue with shareholders, investors and other stakeholders to achieve sustainable growth and enhance corporate value. As part of such efforts, we organized a small meeting between our outside directors and institutional investors on February 28, 2024. Constructive discussions took place on topics including, but not limited to, the initiatives of outside directors for improving corporate value, and the Company’s governance system.
