    AISIN CORPORATION (Head Office: Kariya, Aichi; President: Kiyotaka Ise) has been certified as a DX business operator in accordance with the DX Recognition Program (defined by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry).

     The DX Recognition Program is an initiative in which the Japanese government certifies companies that are prepared to promote digital transformation (DX) based on the Act on Facilitation of Information Processing. It is intended to promote DX throughout the entire society by certifying companies that have formulated management visions and are prepared for DX strategies and systems.

     To further accelerate efforts for promoting DX, AISIN has established the DX Strategy Center to pursue establishment of a digital management foundation for achieving innovation of every single work process. AISIN was certified under the DX Recognition Program as these efforts meet the criteria for this program and the company's disclosure of information to stakeholders is appropriate.

     AISIN will continue promoting sustainable industrialization by strengthening the DX promotion structure and further accelerating its efforts.
