Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. has issued its first comprehensive report, "Aisin Group Report 2019," which was posted today on the Sustainability page of our official company website, as a tool for more proactive communication for all stakeholders including investors.

In addition to financial information, this report offers integrated information on the Aisin Group's overall growth strategy and business activities including ESG (environment, society, and governance).

Since its founding, Aisin Group has made Quality First a central part of our basic philosophy, and is dedicated to making high-quality products that satisfy our customers. Also, as part of our Management Philosophy, which calls for "contributing to the advancement of society" and "harmony with society and nature," we are promoting corporate behavior that contributes to the realization of a sustainable society.

Now, in addition to enhancing the financial information in the report, we have reorganized and clarified the "value creation process" by which the Aisin Group generates value for the realization of a sustainable society. We have also clearly outlined the selection process by which we identified priority areas for SDG realization in May of this year. Furthermore, the report outlines our efforts in fiscal 2018 in a wide range of business areas that constitute strengths of the Aisin Group.
