Aisin Asia (Head Office: Singapore), a 100% subsidiary of Aisin Seiki, concluded a capital and business tie-up agreement between its subsidiary Aisin Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "AA-T") and Manoyontchai Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "Manoyont"), a Manoyont Group company engaged in sales of aftermarket parts, with the aim of enhancing the aftermarket business in Thailand and its neighboring countries. This agreement is associated with the AA-T's acceptance of 25.5% of the capital from Manoyont on March 22.

The aftermarket parts market in this region is expected to expand and the capital tie-up with Manoyont, which has strong sales channels with local parts distributors, will strengthen the sales structure of AA-T.

The Aisin Group established an Aftermarket Product Virtual Company in August 2018 for the purpose of further expanding the Group's aftermarket business. Group-wide efforts will be promoted to enhance the business structures in each region worldwide, with the aim of further increasing sales.
