Aisin Group booth (Conceptual view)

Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi; President: Fumio Fujimori) and other companies in the Aisin Group* will jointly exhibit at the 12th Auto Expo 2014 (Components Show) to be held at Pragati Maidan International Exhibition Centre in New Delhi, India from Thursday, February 6 through Sunday, February 9, 2014.

This will be our second time exhibiting at this event following the 2012 show. Our primary theme will be "Creating driving pleasure through comfort and convenience," and we will exhibit products and technologies that emphasize our strengths in the fields of comfort and convenience. In the area dedicated to this topic, we will present products such as a power sliding-door system, power seat with attached ottoman, sunroof, and automatic transmission. These products offer high added value in the form of convenience to users, which is expected to be in high demand in the Indian market as motorization becomes increasingly prevalent.

We will also present products that contribute to fuel efficiency, including a 3-stage variable discharge oil pump and variable valve timing (VVT) with intermediate lock mechanism, as well as an exhaust gas scrubbing catalyst that helps to meet India's increasingly stringent exhaust emissions regulations. On the theme of safety, we will exhibit brake-related products.

This exhibition will also feature a demonstration vehicle outfitted with Aisin Group products, effectively displaying the Group's combined competencies with a wide range of products from parts to entire units, with a view to expanding business dealings with local Indian automakers.
