Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi; President: Fumio Fujimori) has announced that seven Aisin group companies listed below, which has offices and factories in China, will donate a total of five million yen to aid the catastrophic damage by the earthquake with its epicenter in Sichuan, China, in cooperation with Aisin Seiki (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and related local companies through the Japanese red cross society and other organizations.

We express our deepest sympathy to all those affected by the earthquake, and hope for recovery in the area as early as possible.
