Six companies in the AISIN Group (Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd., Aisin Takaoka Co., Ltd., Aisin Chemical Co., Ltd., Aisin AW Co., Ltd., Aisin AI Co., Ltd. and ADVICS Co., Ltd.) held a joint ceremony to welcome new employees at the gymnasium of Aisin Seiki (Kariya City, Aichi) from 10:15 today. Kanshiro Toyoda, Chairman of Board of Directors of Aisin Seiki, presidents of the six companies, people involved in labor unions, and others attended the ceremony to welcome 943 new employees.

Chairman Toyoda delivered his welcoming message and pep talk to the new employees. After that, Maiko Koyama (Aisin Seiki), a representative of the new employees from the six group companies, made her vow, saying that "we will grow into persons who can globally play active roles as soon as possible."
