In accordance with the announcement given on June 29, 2022 by Toyota Boshoku Corporation (President: Masayoshi Shirayanagi) ("Toyota Boshoku"), Aisin Corporation (President: Moritaka Yoshida) ("Aisin"), and Aisin Shiroki Corporation※ (President: Toshio Tanaka) ("Aisin Shiroki"), the company spun off from Aisin Shiroki was renamed to Toyota Boshoku Hirose Corporation ("Toyota Boshoku Hirose") and became a subsidiary of Toyota Boshoku with Toyota Boshoku acquiring 80% of Toyota Boshoku Hirose's shares on April 1, 2023.

An opening ceremony was held for Toyota Boshoku Hirose on April 3, 2023 to mark the company's new start.
Toyota Boshoku Hirose's expertise and competitive strengths in seat device manufacturing and its experience in business with a wide variety of customers are expected to further enhance the competitiveness of the Toyota Boshoku group.
