     Following the selection of constituents of the FTSE 4 Good Index Series and FTSE Blossom Japan Index last year, we are selected as a constituent of the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, which is a new ESG announced by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) on March 30, 2022.

     FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, built by global index provider FTSE Russell, is an index that reflects the performance of Japanese companies that are relatively environmentally, socially and governance (ESG) responsive in each sector. -Designed to be neutral. In addition, to facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy, it includes only those companies whose improvement efforts are evaluated by the TPI Management Quality Score, especially for companies with high greenhouse gas emissions.

     We have been promoting the practice of corporate behavior that contributes to the realization of a sustainable society, such as "contribution to the creation of a prosperous society" and "harmony with society and nature," and will continue to consider sustainability. Based on this, we will further accelerate ESG initiatives.
