Message from CEO
In recent years, global environmental problems have been re-recognized as a major issue,
and the Government of Japan has declared that to aim for zero greenhouse gas emissions
in 2050.
We have paid heavy price as "destruction of the global environment" because
we pursued "comfort". However, from now on, it will be an era in which both "comfort"
and "protection of the global environment" as well as "safeness" are becoming more and
more important for the descendants of humankind.
I think it is "high technical capabilities" that realizes such era, and that it is the
consciousness of each researcher.
With this recognition firmly in mind, we would like to contribute to the sustainable
development of a "carbon-neutral" and "safe, comfortable and healthy" world with the
"energy, bio, and chemical" technologies that we have cultivated so far.

In March 2019, we opened Nagoya Laboratory in NALIC to start a sensor development laboratory
There are several start-up R&D companies in NALIC in collaboration with universities

In August 2001, we opened Indian branch in Hyderabad, famous in bio-chemical research
and IT technology, to develop organic synthesis technology.

rental laboratory.
