We use EHP at our logistics center and we have high tariff of electricity due to high electricity demand in summer.
In the opportunity of constracting a building this time, we checked if we could reduce the electricity load
and compared GHP, EHP and Absorption System according to our designer's(Aoshima Architects & Engineers INC.) suggestion.
We were concerned the initial cost of GHP, but we took a long-term vision and we selected GHP since GHP contributes less electricity load and energy efficiency.

It is not easily compared since a new building has smaller foot print and building structure is different from previous building, air conditioning load must be higher as new showroom has more lightings.
As a result of GHP, we had less electricity demand, made electricity consumption nearly half and utilized much less gas than our expectation and then we enjoyed the big reduction of utility cost.
Although, the summer of 2010 was extremely hot, we were comfortable and gas expense was comparatively reasonable.
We are very happy to select GHP and would like to recommend it to others.
