To support higher power output, pistons must balance “high strength” with “lightweighting.” Furthermore, as engines strive to be more fuel-efficient and cleaner, pistons are required to perform under increasingly severe conditions.
At Art, we actively advance the research and development of new technologies, consistently creating breakthrough products. In addition, we engage in collaborative development with our customers, leveraging our proprietary analysis and evaluation techniques.

Our Approach to Craftsmanship

Since our founding, we have maintained a corporate culture of developing our own production equipment and molds in-house. This philosophy fosters flexible thinking and has led to the creation of innovative manufacturing methods and equipment.
From the casting process, which requires delicate temperature control, to the machining process, which demands micrometer-order precision—our production engineering capabilities serve as the foundation for creating superior pistons.
We are currently focused on developing compact and simple equipment, aiming to build highly flexible production lines capable of handling an increasingly diverse range of products.
