In accordance with our Code of Conduct based on the Corporate Behavior Charter, we have implemented various initiatives focused on employee safety and mental and physical health. To further enhance these efforts, we established our “Health Declaration” in July 2021.

With the President serving as the Chief Health Officer, the Council for the Promotion of Healthy Business Practices coordinates with each department to drive health initiatives throughout the company.
Furthermore, we share information and activities through the Aisin Group Health Subcommittee to address the specific needs of each company, aiming for mutual improvement across the Group through two-way communication.
