At the establishment of Aisin Group Principles of Corporate Behavior

We, AISIN SEIKI established “Aisin Principles of Corporate Behavior” as the guidelines for conducting our business, and we have been sincerely putting the principles in practice.  These days, due to the globalization of our operations, we come across various values, cultures and customs, and are expected to fulfill our corporate social responsibility from a wider point of view than ever. 

Under such circumstances, we established “Aisin Group Principles of Corporate Behavior” which states our policy of playing a more active role in fulfilling our social responsibility, and we are determined to share and thoroughly spread the principles among the AISIN Group of companies.

We are aware that all of our operations are based on trust by society, and every company within AISIN Group and everyone working for AISIN Group of companies will be putting the principles in practice.  We will also endeavor to broaden our efforts by gaining the understanding of our trading partners as well.
