Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi; President: Fumio Fujimori) has established “Aisin Automotive Haryana Private Limited (hereinafter, AHL)” in Haryana State, in the northern part of the country, and “Aisin Automotive Karnataka Private Limited (hereinafter, AKL)” in Karnataka State, in the southern part of the country, with the aim to expand its business in the Indian market.

Our company started producing automobile parts in India in 1999. In addition to the production base in the northern part of India, we have established a new company, AHL, in the suburb of its capital, New Delhi, to accurately capture the needs of our customers in India and quickly promote products that match the market. With the establishment of this new company, we will build a business system that can respond to the demands of a growing market.

We have also established a new production company, AKL, in the suburb of the southern city of Bangalore. By expanding the local production process alongside the existing production company, “Aisin Nttf Private Limited (hereinafter, ANL),” we will strengthen our production system.

We will build a supply system to local car makers in the future by expanding the locally produced items and reinforcing the production capability in this burgeoning Indian market.
