AISIN EUROPE S.A. (President: Osamu Tajima; Headquarters: Braine-L'Alleud, BELGIUM),
European operation company of Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. (President: Kanshiro Toyoda;
Headquarters: Kariya-city, Aichi, Japan), established AISIN EUROPE MANUFACTURING
CZECH s.r.o., a new manufacturing company for engine related parts in Pisek City,
Czech. It is Aisin Seiki's second manufacturing base in Europe.
AISIN EUROPE MANUFACTURING (UK) LTD. (President: Kenji Hattori; Headquarters:
Birmingham, U.K.) has been manufacturing water and oil pumps for the European
market. Since more production volume is expected, AISIN EUROPE S.A. has established
a new manufacturing base in Continental Europe to transfer production, aiming
at expanding new business development.
To achieve the overall goal of becoming a global supplier, Aisin Seiki, along
with the AISIN Group, strives to move ahead with the establishment of overseas
production bases best suited to each major region and with the construction of
an efficient production structure.
